At times you may feel overwhelmed by conflicting emotions and thoughts about many areas in your life or perhaps you are struggling with a particular issue. Whatever concerns you, I empower and support you through compassionate and attentive listening to identify and meet your needs. I am experienced at supporting people on a variety of issues including relationship difficulties, family dynamics, work stress, anxiety, and depression. Recently, I have supported many clients with issues around identity stemming from multi/dual heritage backgrounds. Using an integrative approach which combines psychodynamic and humanistic models, and employs techniques from Gestalt, Transactional Analysis and object-relations theories, I am able to provide a positive space for you to explore issues in confidence. I believe in the overriding power of you, the client to resolve issues and flourish through empathic and authentic support from me, your therapist.

I am from a mixed heritage background and grew up in central London. I previously worked in international conflict/human rights and urban development in Indian and Mexico before returning to London and working as a Research Fellow in the War Studies Department at King’s College London. I have a strong interest in conflict resolution as well as experience with groups and individuals suffering from deprivation, conflict and trauma. I have experience working in bereavement and loss, relationships, and sexuality. I am experienced working with both adults and children. I look forward to hearing from you and exploring what is most important for you.
