As an experienced Clinical Psychologist, I am dedicated to providing high-quality mental health care to individuals and couples. I have experience working in the public sector (NHS), as well over ten years in the private sector, during which I have worked in two of the leading private mental health hospitals in London. Furthermore, I have experience working with children, as well as facilitating group and couples therapy. I am registered with the HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) as a Clinical Psychologist, as well as with the BPS (British Psychological Association) and the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy). I am also a member of the Spanish official association of psychologists (COP Madrid). My practice complies with the ethical and professional guidelines of these organisations, and I have full DBS (CRB) Certification, professional indemnity insurance and regular clinical supervision.

My training as a psychologist allows me to draw on a wide range of psychological models such as cognitive behavioural therapy, systemic therapy, interpersonal therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy and trauma-focused therapy. However, I draw mainly on humanistic and psychodynamic elements. In this way, my approach is integrative, underpinned by a strong relational element, where the therapeutic relationship is the first step in facilitating psychological change and growth.

I completed my professional training in Spain, followed by specialised training in the UK in addictions and eating disorders. In addition to my clinical work, I have held senior management positions at various private healthcare organisations, where I was responsible for the leadership, development and operational management of therapy services, including addiction and eating disorders services, and general acute mental health services.
