As a Transformational Life Coach and Somatic Therapist, I am dedicated to guiding individuals on their journey towards a balanced and fulfilling life, living in alignment with their deepest truth and highest potential. My approach is rooted in the profound belief in the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, and I am committed to fostering transformative journeys that embrace holistic well-being and personal growth. I believe that the most important relationship we have is the one with ourselves, and that all elements of our life extend from that starting point. Without doing the inner work, we can find ourselves frustrated, stuck, and going in circles, trying to figure out what we should do differently. My mission is to help you break free from these patterns by tuning into your body, listening to what it is communicating, and connecting to your deep inner essence. Through this process, we can uncover hidden treasures and keys to unlock your unlimited potential for growth and expansion. Together, we will explore the depths of your being, allowing you to discover new pathways to a more vibrant, authentic, and empowered life. Whether you are seeking to overcome personal challenges, achieve greater clarity, or simply wish to live more fully in alignment with your true self, I am here to support and guide you every step of the way.

### My Therapeutic Approach I take a personalized approach to coaching, recognizing that each person’s journey is unique. Through compassionate and empathetic guidance, I empower clients to uncover their innate potential, overcome obstacles, and cultivate a sense of purpose and self-awareness. My dedication to continuous learning and professional development keeps me at the forefront of somatic coaching methodologies and practices. This commitment ensures that clients receive the most effective and innovative support on their transformative paths.

With twenty years of diverse experience, both professionally and personally, I have cultivated a deep understanding of the challenges individuals face in navigating life’s complexities, transitions, and personal transformations. As a mom of three, I understand firsthand the demands of balancing multiple roles and responsibilities. Professionally, I have worn many hats in fields such as Finance, Fashion, and Publishing. More recently, and in alignment with my true calling, I have dedicated myself to the role of somatic therapist and coach. I firmly believe that to heal deep-rooted trauma and pain, the mind-body connection must be acknowledged and worked with therapeutically. My journey into somatic therapy began after many years of traditional “talk” therapy as a client. My perspective on therapy changed forever after experiencing somatic therapy in a group setting. In my first somatic workshop with ten other women, none of whom I had met before, I experienced an unprecedented connection to both myself and others. This profound experience led me to study Core Energetics at the NICE Institute in Holland, where I completed a four-year practitioner program. This challenging program enabled me to transform deep-rooted emotional pain into profound growth and positive momentum in my life. On a personal level, I am an American/British expat who has moved across continents, countries, and within London, my current home, no less than 16 times in 19 years. All while being a mom to three children, these experiences have given me a unique understanding of adapting to new cultures, cities, homes, and communities. I have learned to find my place in each new environment while also establishing a sense of belonging for my family. My most recent certification as a Holistic Life Coach and Mind Body Practitioner from the Mind Body Food Institute in Australia has further enhanced my expertise. I bring a wealth of knowledge in stress reduction, mindfulness practices, and tuning into the wisdom of the body. My goal is to provide clients with the tools and strategies needed to achieve lasting positive change.
