Therapy session is a safe and non-judgmental space where will be collaborative and focusing on your unique needs. As a Gestalt Psychotherapist, I view therapy as a safe, experimental space to explore and embrace all aspects of yourself. By focusing on the present moment, we deepen self-awareness and foster growth. Nonetheless, I also draw on a range of approaches to offer personalised and holistic care, making therapy both a journey of healing and an opportunity to discover new ways of being. Together, we will explore the challenges you’re facing, uncover your patterns, and develop strategies to help you feel more empowered and fulfilled. During the therapeutic process, you will be able to explore and experiment different parts of yourself. You may reflect on current or past experiences, which will help you understand your thoughts, emotions and behaviours. We will aim for you to be comfortable and understanding with your spontaneous and unique self. Many of my clients find that therapy enhances their awareness, understanding of their emotions and internal processes, and build greater confidence to face life’s complexities. - Before we start your therapy process, we will have an initial interview. This interview is an assessment that will allow us to get to know one another and understand whether we will start this process together. In this initial session, we will explore what you are looking for in therapy (your goal), your concerns, history, and current circumstances. Then, we will agree on a date and time for you to start your therapy sessions. In each session we may explore different topics and use different techniques. These will help you to understand your experiences, thoughts, and feelings. In the process, you may notice patterns in your behaviour. Gradually, you will increase your self-awareness, understanding and integrating your mind, body and emotions.

I work with clients from diverse backgrounds across the lifespan, addressing a range of challenges. Together, we will build your self-awareness, resilience, and develop new strategies to cope with life's difficulties. Therapy with me is a collaborative process where I offer you a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your inner self, experiment with new ways of being, heal, and grow. I hold a Bachelor in Psychology, a Master in Forensic Psychology, and a Specialisation in Gestalt-Therapy. In our sessions, I draw from various approaches to use the most effective methods and techniques for your specific needs. I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), and British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their code of ethics and conduct.
