Therapists

I offer online and in person therapy in Clapham, supporting people to make sense of their difficulties, and move closer towards the life they want to be living. I specialise in working with adults who have experienced distressing or traumatic life events. Particularly when these events have caused current difficulties with self-esteem, intense emotions, flashbacks (feeling like you’re back in the past), or in relationships with others.

I am compassionate, non-judgemental and down to earth. I work with people to understand what they want to get out of therapy, and to make sense of their struggles. As a clinical psychologist trained in multiple therapies, I am able to use different approaches depending on needs and goals. I regularly draw upon the following therapies: Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Analytical-Informed Therapy (CAT), and Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT). I will discuss therapy options with you, to allow us to think together about what will be most beneficial.

I am a Highly Specialised Clinical Psychologist and accredited EMDR practitioner. I have over eight years experience working with a range of difficulties.
