I am a human being just like you who are reading this, currently. After graduating from a psychology degree in 1999, I started my counselling job by supporting youth and their families. Additionally, I hold an academic master’s degree in psychology. And support individuals, couples, and families in my private practice. So ideally, my experience and expertise will enable me to identify ways to support you. We work together to develop a strategy for dealing with issues in a way that will help you get your life back. For me, meeting you where you are now and understanding you are crucial to begin. I believe in being honest, committed, and integrity in behaving to others as we wish them to behave to us. To be able to clarify your feelings, you need to feel comfortable, and I want you to feel safe with me. You will feel a warm, welcoming, and accepting space.
