I believe that psychotherapy doesn’t have to be a lifelong experience and that everyone has the inherent capacity for healing. My work with clients is informed by my interest in neuroplasticity and neuroscience. I believe that humans have an innate ability to change and increased research in neuroscience proves that.

My Approach I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all solution. That is why I work across a range of different school of thought within therapy: Relational Psychodynamic Therapy Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Gestalt Therapy Person-Centred Therapy Existential Therapy Transactional Analysis For some working with childhood memories and past experiences might be beneficial, for others, work begins with feelings around a present moment and current life challenges. Sometimes we need to be listened and understood, sometimes we need to be challenged.

I am a fully qualified psychotherapist with experience working within the NHS, private practice and charities in England.
