Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy

Therapists

I am an integrative therapist, offering both long term and short term therapy, online and in person. My aim is to provide a calm, safe and non-judgemental space for you to explore concerns that affect your everyday life. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP).

As an integrative therapist, I draw on several person centred modalities depending on your specific needs. I work relationally, offering a compassionate and authentic environment to explore whatever issues you choose to bring. I may use body psychotherapy, mindfulness and breathwork particularly when working through trauma.

I trained at The Minster Centre, worked at childhood bereavement charity and a school setting, and have previous experience working with young people with neurodiversity.
