I aim to be a warm and welcoming psychotherapist and offer clients a confidential and non-judgemental safe space in which to explore concerns. I work with a wide range of presenting issues and have a special interest in anxiety and maternal mental wellbeing.

I work integratively which means I combine various methodologies and my style varies depending on the needs of each client. I believe in the grounding principles of empathy, congruence and unconditional positive regard, and I also like to explore my client's world phenomenologically, which means exploring subjective experiences together. We will look into the past, where relevant, and identify behavioural and thought patterns which may or may not be working for you. Sometimes, body work such as breathing or grounding exercises can also encourage healing.

I hold an MA in Psychotherapy, I am registered with the BACP and abide by their ethical principles. My experience as a psychotherapist includes working within in the NHS, seeing a wide range of clients with many different concerns. I also work for a low cost online service alongside my private practice.
