I’m a qualified therapist with a compassionate and down to earth approach, working with adults and young people. I’m available to see clients in-person working from secure, comfortable therapy rooms at various locations in London as well as online with clients across the UK. I offer a free initial 15-minute introductory phone call, this is so we can talk through your needs and requirements and to ensure you feel comfortable moving forward. People from all walks of life may at some point seek therapy. Whether it's due to difficulties with relationships, depression, anxiety, work or study related stress, bereavement, past traumas affecting the present. Therapy can provide much needed support and offers a safe space where any issues and concerns you may be experiencing can be explored. At the heart of my practice is trust and openness and the understanding that our relationship is the key component for successful therapeutic outcomes. This process should lead to meaningful and long-lasting changes.
I see therapy as a collaborative endeavour between us that allows you to openly explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. I offer a warm and calm space and my aim is to provide support within an atmosphere of empathy and trust. My approach is integrative which means I draw on a range of approaches to tailor the therapy to your individual needs. We will work at your own pace and find the approach that works best for you. Together we can begin to make sense of any difficult experiences you have had and work towards making positive changes in your life through a better understanding of who you are and where you want to go. I work with clients who are suffering from a range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, identity, ADHD, relationship problems, loneliness, low self-esteem, trauma, addiction, bereavement, grief and loss. Sessions last 50 minutes. I’m available to see clients for both short and long-term work, in-person or online.
I have an Advanced Postgraduate Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling. I’ve completed training in therapeutic modalities such as Humanistic, Person Centred, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) amongst others. I'm a full member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and work within their ethical framework. I am constantly updating my knowledge and skills through additional CPD. Before training as a counsellor I worked in the film business for many years.
