As a Certified Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) Practitioner, I help individuals aged 16 and over rapidly reduce emotional distress, clear limiting beliefs, and resolve challenging memories—often without needing to talk in detail about the painful events themselves. With a compassionate, solution-focused approach, I guide clients through precise eye movement techniques that work with the brain’s neurology to bring emotional balance and clarity. I can support with: Anxiety & overwhelm Low self-esteem & identity issues Unresolved grief or emotional patterns Phobias & irrational fears
I offer a safe, non-judgmental, empathetic space where transformation happens gently but powerfully. IEMT is a fast and effective method—many clients experience noticeable shifts in two to three sessions. Teen EmpowerMENT is an eight week programme designed to support young people aged 11-19 who are facing emotional challenges, low self-esteem, stress, and anxiety. Teen EmpowerMENT integrates innovative, creative and proven techniques to support young people using Mental Health coaching and IEMT. By first using Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT), we first address the root cause of their challenges, exploring unwanted memories, challenging emotions and limiting beliefs. We then use creative coaching activities, to help the young person develop effective strategies, gain self-awareness, boost self-esteem, and set meaningful goals, empowering them to move forward with confidence. Teen EmpowerMENT can help with: Anxiety & stress Bullying Confidence and self-esteem Exam worries and preparation School college, and university concerns Friendship and relationship issues Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) is an effective approach designed to help adult individuals manage troubling thought patterns. Through guided eye movements and focused questioning, IEMT provides support without the need to share personal details or speak about painful experiences. This makes it a safe and supportive way to experience relief and start your journey toward emotional healing. The IEMT programme is designed as a series of 4 weekly sessions, each lasting up to 75 minutes online. This structured approach helps guide young people through emotional and mental challenges while fostering personal growth and empowerment. IEMT can help with: Anxiety Unwanted memories Intense emotions Stressful life events and Limiting self-beliefs
I bring over 25 years of experience working with children, teenagers, and young adults across diverse settings, including the Arts, Education, and Social Care sectors in both the UK and Brazil. I’m passionate about supporting young people as they navigate the often complex transition from adolescence into adulthood. Now, as a certified Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) Practitioner, I offer targeted support to individuals aged 16 and above. IEMT provides a powerful, non-invasive method for reducing emotional distress, shifting stuck patterns, and supporting lasting change. In addition to working with young people, I also offer IEMT sessions to adult clients seeking to overcome anxiety, trauma, limiting beliefs, or identity-related challenges.
