I am a qualified Clinical Psychologist, registered with the Health & Care Professionals Council (HCPC). I work integratively, drawing on psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural, systemic and narrative approaches. I will work with you to understand your therapeutic goals and how we can work together. I aim to facilitate an environment that feels safe enough to explore issues that can feel difficult to talk about with other people. I invite you to talk about what is on your mind - your thoughts, worries, fears, wishes and dreams, in a way that you would not usually elsewhere. My role is not only to pay attention to what is said, but also what is unsaid, avoided and yet unexplored. Let us see what we can discover, that is not already known. Over time, you may find yourself developing a deeper awareness, seeing new possibilities, developing a deeper capacity for resilience and a sense of mastery over what once felt limiting, restricting or overwhelming. You may also leave feeling more in tune with your own unique 'rhythm'. I offer both brief, time-limited therapy as well as longer-term, open-ended therapy for longstanding challenges or for those who are exploring where to begin. I offer sessions online and in person in West Hampstead, London (NW6).

Over ten years I have worked with clients across the lifespan and in a range of therapeutic settings. I also have specialist experience supporting children, adults, families, communities, organisations and care providers affected by trauma and bereavement. You may be looking for support dealing with a specific issue such as a stressful event, caregiving responsibilities, burnout, workplace stress, relationship issues, health conditions, or facing a difficult life transition such as relocation, parenting, retirement, and so on. You may also be seeking help for more general issues with feeling anxious, depressed, stuck or unfulfilled, or want to explore questions around identity. When life feels overwhelming, you don't have to navigate it alone.
