I discovered coaching nearly 20 years ago, and as a committed people person, it was like coming home. For around ten years I developed and delivered soft skills programmes for actors, writers and other creatives. Prior to that I had a career in the business world which gave me a wide range of experiences of people and business issues. A lifelong learner, I continue to attend training and fine tune my skills. As well as coaching, I am a qualified Coach Supervisor and enjoy supporting other coaches in their professional journey.

I support you to find the clarity, confidence, purpose and courage you need to make the changes you want in your life using a broad range of coaching approaches. I find it’s not so much the problems that need to change, instead, by changing our relationship to those problems, we can then take appropriate steps to resolve them. My focus is on Leadership and Self-Leadership, working on interpersonal communication, confidence and resilience issues. You may be struggling to move forward with a project or goal, be having difficulty working with some people, or experiencing imposter syndrome at work, you may feel stuck in your life or want to talk through your next career move. Whatever is on your mind, I can help.

I’m originally from Scotland but have lived in London over 30 years, mostly in Wimbledon where I practice. As a coach I have worked successfully on issues around confidence, anxiety, career planning and communication. When I worked in business, one role was a troubleshooter for contracts in difficulty. I found that nearly every time a relationship broke down between the client and contractor, it was an issue of poor or unskilful communication. I learned a lot about how problems arise when people work together from that role.
