I am a qualified, experienced therapist, counsellor and BACP registered member. I work with clients suffering with addiction, anxiety, depression and relationship issues. I offer a warm and empathetic approach in a comfortable, intimate and confidential environment. I work with clients to explore what is behind their addictions, anxiety or depression so they may gain a better understanding of themselves and the choices they are making, thus building greater self esteem and empowering themselves. I provide a safe non-judgemental space so it is possible to talk about any current challenges you may be facing and to reflect back on your life to identify patterns of relating and ways of being in the world. I believe this holding experience to be at the heart of change and overcoming difficulties.
I am an integrative therapist. My training at Regents University was psychoanalytic, externalist and integrative.
I currently work at The Farm Dayhab, an online rehab offering a 28 day mental health and addiction treatment programme. I run group therapy and 1-1's alongside my private practise; https://thefarmdayhab.com/ I have in-depth experience of 12 step recovery programmes and have worked in a multitude of settings, including a male prison for 'The Forward Trust', an organisation working towards change within the prison system for people struggling with addiction. I have also seen clients through the NHS at a Women's Centre providing short and long term therapy, alongside my private practise.
