I am an integrative counsellor/therapist. Humanistic therapy, play therapy, art therapy, interpersonal, embodied therapy, neuro psychoeducation and psychoanalysis all impact my integrative framework. I would describe my practice as a trauma-informed embodied approach. I have great interest and enthusiasm for understanding and working with trauma.

I am currently enrolled in a UKCP-approved diploma Supervision course with Terapia, in Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychotherapy and Counselling Supervision. As part of my training, I am offering face-to-face supervision to qualified practitioners at a reduced rate. Please get in touch to discuss supervision -- I look forward to connecting with you on various levels.
