In my practice, I employ trauma therapy approaches to enhance the healing process. Different parts of our brain register and react to unpleasant life experiences. These experiences are stored in our body and are subsequently reactivated by triggers in the present. Thus, for the healing process to be successful, your brain, mind and body need to feel safe. By nature, I tend to integrate different approaches. Amongst others, I have been specifically trained in The Existential Approach, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing), DBR (Deep Brain Reorientation), ImTT (Image Transformation Therapy) and CRM (Comprehensive Resource Model) methods. Together, we will work on the root causes of your difficulties and how to change them.

Having supported clients for more than 10 years, I have worked in a variety of settings. Some of which are the NHS, occupational health, private practice and in academia. I am a lecturer and a clinical and research supervisor of students on the doctorate programme of the New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling (NSPC) at Middlesex University.
