I am a BACP registered integrative humanistic counsellor and psychodynamic therapist. I provide a non-judgmental, safe and confidential environment where you can explore what is troubling you.
The big focus of my approach is the therapeutic relationship and working with the here and now. To build a trusting relationship, I lean on core conditions: empathy, congruence and unconditional positive regard. The integrative nature of my training allows me to use both humanistic and psychodynamic therapies. Through exploring memories, phantasies, feelings, dreams and empathic therapeutic relationships, I can help you gain insight into self-image and how you relate to yourself and others. I believe that both client and counsellor are equals with an understanding that the client is in control of the counselling process in the relationship. I can help you navigate the counselling process and achieve your desired goals. I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and follow the Ethical Framework of BACP. I am also registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office
