Hello, my name is Cherie. I’m a qualified therapist who offers practical, evidence-based therapy designed to help people let go of the unhealthy patterns of behaviour and limiting beliefs that have been holding them back. I firmly believe that everybody stands to benefit from therapy. I tried all manner of talking therapies before I found Cognitive Hypnotherapy. I do this because I know it works, and I want to help others to find a way past their challenges like I did all those years ago.

Before training as a QCH Therapist and Coach, I spent 25 years working as a senior international manager in the design and entertainment industries. I have first-hand experience of the debilitating effects stress and anxiety can have on people. Not only can I relate to them, I can also equip you with the tools you need to prevent their disastrous effects.   I am so passionate about what I do because I know the transformative effect it has on people’s lives. I’ve experienced it myself, and now I help others to achieve it. Cognitive Hypnotherapy helped me to see my problems and challenges in a new light and gave me the confidence to make the positive changes I needed in all areas of my life.
