My approach is to offer a relaxed and welcoming space to get to know you, understand your perspective and the context of your life in order to support the meaningful change you are hoping to work towards. I normally offer an initial telephone conversation with all new clients where we can work out if I offer the right fit. I am an experienced systemic family therapist offering sessions both online and in person as part of a small private practice. I offer family therapy, couples therapy and support for individuals. I am also a qualified systemic supervisor and can offer consultation and supervision to individual practitioners, groups and organisations. I have additional training in Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy (for couples/families/individuals) and Non Violent Resistance. I'm also familiar with mindfulness, meditation and breathwork which I can also incorporate as needed and if it fits with the therapeutic work.

I have a background in Youth & Community work and previously worked as a frontline Child & Family Social Worker. I have continued my career within Children's Social Care as a Family Therapist supporting children and families.
