I operate in London (SW7), Tunbridge Wells and online. I am a counsellor, coach and wellbeing consultant. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy, an advanced member of Addiction Professionals registration body, a senior member of the Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists & Hypnotherapists, am a member of the International Stress Management Association and the Complex Trauma Institute. I am an addictions, eating disorder & compulsive behaviour specialist. I also work with issues such as: Alcoholism, drug addiction, sex addiction & compulsive sexual behaviour anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder codependence and gambling to name a few. I also work with: Anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks, depression, trauma, self Harm, low self esteem, low self confidence, loneliness, burnout, stress, stress management & stress prevention, ADHD, personality disorders as well as other disorders. I offer a range of services from 1:1 counselling/coaching , group counselling/coaching and workshops.
I trained at Richmond College and the National Centre for Eating Disorders and am strongly informed by 12 step philosophy. My focus is helping clients to look after their mental, physical, spiritual and emotional health, to find meaning and thrive in life. I have a holistic view of mental health and wellbeing. I work collaboratively with my clients using both counselling and coaching skills to help promote positive, lasting change. My approach could be described as pluralistic using a number of different therapeutic models to best suit each clients needs in an integrative manner. These models include ACT, CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic therapy, Transactional Analysis & inner child work, Person Centred therapy, Humanistic therapy, Motivational interviewing and positive psychology to name a few. In a corporate setting I work with leaders and teams alike helping organisations develop a culture of wellbeing, vulnerability, productivity, creativity and innovation.
Since 2017 I have drawn on my own personal experience and training to support those I work with. My own journey through life has brought me to this point where I am able to use my life experience to help others. I am a mental health and wellbeing campaigner, am an advocate for mental fitness and living a balanced life.
