Life can be so hard at times, and we can feel so alone along the way. Sometimes, what we’re looking for is a place to rest and reflect; a place where we can express ourselves safely, securely, and without judgement. This is the gift of therapy. We’re all unique, and so the counselling experience can look very different for each of us. Maybe there are parts of your experience that you’ve kept locked away for fear of shame, parts that you’re unaware of, or parts that you’re finding difficult to come to terms with. Whatever your struggle, the counselling process grants you the opportunity to reflect on your story, to express yourself authentically, and to come to a place of greater self-acceptance and self-awareness in life. I’ll draw on a number of different approaches in our work together, but more than this, I’ll offer you a relationship; a place for you to be seen and heard, and to develop your capacity to trust in life again. In your shame, your depression, your anxiety, your heartbreak, I’ll be right here with you, here to accept all of you.

I have a background in humanistic integrative counselling, the dramatic arts, and the construction industry, both in manual and management areas. I currently work in a low-cost agency in Hove, and have previous experience working with young adults with a variety of difficulties in educational settings.
