Sophie is a qualified Transpersonal Psychotherapist, a member of the British Association of Counsellor and Psychotherapists (BACP) and who has worked with a wide range of clients over many years. A free 20 minute phone conversation is offered to support you in making your decision with more intuitive knowledge.
Sophie's approach to therapy may be right for you if you are willing to be in an open-ended process which evolves and develops over time. If you feel drawn to exploration, to going on an adventure, one which embraces curiosity, courage, compassion and connection. Sophie shares tools and new perspectives with you when you need them, primarily your work together will be a soulful adventure rather than a fast solution-focused fix. "Sit down wherever you are and listen to the wind that is singing in your veins. Feel the love, the longing and the fear in your bones. Open your heart to who you are, right now, not who you would like to be. Not the saint you re striving to become. But the being right here before you, inside you, around you. All of you is holy. You are already more and less than whatever you can know. Breathe out, look in, let go.” John Welwood
Sophie’s work is nourished by her own deeply lived experience of being human and suffering, which is a universal experience and a personal journey.
