I am an integrative counsellor using different models and techniques. Some models I employ are: psychodynamic, person-centered, CBT, mindfulness. I work with a wide range of issues such as: work-related stress, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, bereavement, eating disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder, panic attacks, OCD and many more. My goal is to understand my client in depth and look for patterns that is causing them difficulty, we will work together to formulate effective solutions. Each individual is unique and therapy will be tailored specifically for the client for optimum results. I offer a safe and non-judgemental space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions that you feel are causing you to feel stuck and affecting your ability to reach your full potential. You can expect a warm environment and connection to help you gain insight into your personal issues and gain the ability to move forward. I am a qualified counsellor and hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Psychology. I recognise that it might be difficult to attend weekly face-to-face sessions for many individuals. I offer a tailored service providing personal meetings and telephones sessions to maintain regular contact. Occasionally I provide office/home visits.
