I've come to realise that therapy works best when you feel safe and comfortable with your therapist. I seek to create a safe, non-judgemental and hospitable environment where therapy can occur in a genuine relationship while encouraging you to step towards your whole self with compassion and curiosity. My Trauma-Informed, Person Centred approach to counselling is integrative. This means I am trained to use various ideas and techniques from different schools of Counselling and Psychotherapy, allowing me to tailor my approach to you and what you need.

There have been seasons when I have engaged in Personal Therapy to process traumatic and difficult experiences which have brought me lasting healing. My own journey influences how I practice counselling with the people I meet, and I appreciate what it may feel like to reach out for support. My practice Whole Self Therapy is where you, your story, and your experience are fully welcome. In journeying with you towards your goals, together we will consider the whole self and each part of your experience. Prior to training as a counsellor, I worked in the education system. I live in London and enjoy restorative walks in nature.
