BACP, MSc, Integrative Counselling, Psychotherapy, Coaching Fellow, Accredited Executive Coach, Association for Coaching. My specialism is supporting individuals and couples in life transitions. Processing and overcoming any unhelpful thinking that may block your progress and how to manage life's wobbles with a focus on utilising your strengths to make sustainable change. A Londoner born and bred, I have lived and worked in Hong Kong, Paris and London which has been invaluable in providing insight into multi-faceted diverse environments. This has taught me the power of thinking differently and how much we have to learn from one another.

There is only one corner of the universe you can be sure of improving: Yourself - Huxley. By providing you with the time and space to understand yourself, I can support you in making better decisions and enjoying improved relationships so that you can create the life you want by curating sustainable, lasting changes. I combine narrative therapy and somatic approaches. This means I work holistically with you, engaging with the relationship between your body, mind and behaviour. Using psychotherapy and solution-focused therapy to explore surface-level and deep-rooted issues that get in the way of you being the best version of yourself. Together we can explore any psychological barriers to achieving what you want to have happen. My experience includes supporting neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals and couples. Working through the challenges often imposed by societal norms that manifest into imposter syndrome, anxiety and depression, obsessive-compulsive behaviours and difficult relationships.

My background is in media and the arts, and I work as a well-being advisor for film, theatre and TV. Recent credits include psychological safety for a theatre play and working on close text analysis of suicidal themes in neurodivergence and Shakespeare.
