My approach is supportive, empathic and open-minded but I also challenge my clients, for example, by exploring damaging behaviours or patterns and highlighting issues which may have been ignored or avoided. I have a particular interest in cross-cultural relationships, and have experience working with couples and individuals struggling with issues such as emotional and physical intimacy, anxiety, depression, trauma, infidelity, parenting, infertility, ill-health and retirement. I practice in both English and Spanish.
