I'm an integrated psychotherapist with an MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regents University and am in the process of completing my PGCip. I undertook some of my training in South East Asia, working with young people in Singapore and Jakarta. I am currently employed as a psychotherapist for the NHS and combine this with a private practice.

My approach to psychotherapy is integrated and collaborative; I believe my clients to be experts in their own experiences and I work with them relationally to explore how they live, experience and relate to the world and others, unpacking deeply held beliefs about themselves and others, with the shared aim of long-lasting change. I have a particular interest in psychodynamic and trauma-informed approaches. I work in both private practice and the NHS and find this allows for a spectrum of experience and an awareness of the services and community support available for mental health.

I worked in media and advertising for thirteen years before retraining as a Psychotherapist.
