I use hypnosis as it is a gentle an effective therapy for working through the many of the stumbling blocks of life. I also teach all of my clients simple and effective breathing techniques, self-hypnosis and EFT Tapping so that they are able to manage their problems in between our sessions as well as moving forwards. I regularly give clients hypnotherapeutic recordings that they may listen to in their own time to ensure that they are feeling calmer, more positive and happier each day.

I run a hypnotherapy & EFT clinic in SW London & the globally popular Hypnobirthing Company, Better Birth Stories. I am a Senior Clinical Hypnotherapist, an Accredited Certified EFT Practitioner and a hugely experienced Antenatal Hypnobirthing teacher. I live in Wandsworth, London with my partner, 3 awesome kids and our rescue chihuahua. I regularly takes courses with the Human Givens Institute, the Institute of Clinical Hypnosis, the EFT Centre, Dr Sara Wickham and Evidence Based Birth and CPDs in various subjects from depression & addiction to counselling and childbirth. I am a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register, the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council, the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council, EFT International, Association for Improvements in the Maternity Services (AIMS), the Association of Radical Midwives, and The Hypnobirthing Association. I am also an Evidence Based Birth Professional Member and a member of the Reclaiming Childbirth Collective.
