I work primarily with clients in blocks of 4-16 sessions. Discounts are given for couples and individuals when block booking four or more sessions. My clinic varies from hetero-normative to LGBTQIA 🏳️‍🌈 individuals, couples and groups. We work within a structured framework where you will describe and specify the areas you’d like to work on in our initial assessment together. I will formalise a treatment plan, which will be communicated throughout our time together whilst sharing homework, articles, and any other resources I see will enhance your progress. Our work is to understand who you are and to own your personal power enough to start leading and transforming your relationships with yourself and those around you.

I typically start with a 15-minute call to see whether we can connect. Depending on what your goals are and what your desires for therapy look like, I'll work with you weekly to get to the core of what's caused your misalignment and then work using tools, exercises, homework journal activities to help you feel empowered, to see your pain differently and align with who you truly are.

We work within a structured integrative framework. You will describe and specify the areas you’d like to work on from your initial assessment. I will formalise a treatment plan, which will be communicated throughout, whilst sharing homework and other resources I see will enhance your progress. Our work is to understand who you are and to own your personal power enough to start leading and transforming your relationships with yourself and those around you. Working towards a goal can help with self-esteem and self-development as you can map and develop while seeing progress. Reviews will take place every 6-8 sessions Couples will have a containment of 10 sessions to begin and will be reviewed to determine if a further container is required or an alternative structure designed with the goals in mind. I follow the model that relationships are mirrors of our subconscious/child-mind programming, and anything left unsatisfied will spill out and contaminate the here and now. I’m a big believer that we have the power to create heaven or hell within our psyche, but neither are stagnant states; we always have the power to choose in our conscious moments whether we separate or come home to ourselves. Resonance is key; alignment with your essence is the ultimate goal to live a harmonious, joyous and expansive life.
