Professional Diploma in Yoga Therapy


Yoga therapy is the application of yogic practices and principles to support healing or symptom relief from a health condition, working with the whole person - mind, body and spirit - to guide you back to a place of balance. This work sits at the meeting point of spirituality and science, combining evidence-based practices and ancient wisdom, Eastern philosophy alongside neuroscience, and a wide range of teachings and techniques. Sessions are intuitive, client-focussed, and wholly informed by you and your goals. Yoga therapy can be applied to many mental and physical health challenges, and I have specific interest in and experience of working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, insomnia, trauma, chronic stress & burnout, chronic pain, digestive issues, and menstrual disorders such as endometriosis, dysmenorrhoea & PMDD. I also offer combined reiki and sound therapy sessions, which are lovely as a stand-alone treatment and also work well as an add-on to yoga therapy. I truly believe that the incredible benefits of fostering a mind-body connection can be and should be available to all, and I have a passion for sharing these practices in an open and accessible way.
