Therapists

Hi, I'm Molly, an integrative therapist. I work with empathy to create a safe, confidential space to support you in exploring whatever you need to bring. My approach means I use multiple therapeutic methods, which are tailored to you and your needs. My practice is neurdivergent friendly, LGBTQIA+ and gender affirming and antiracist/antioppressive.

I offer talking therapy and work integratively, drawing from different models to suit the clients needs. I am primarily a person centred therapist, but also use a psychodynamic approach and some CBT where necessary. This means that my sessions are led by the client, focusing on present feelings with some exploration into past events.

I qualified with a Masters in pychotherapy. I have previously worked with the NHS seeing people from all walks of life, and have more focused experience working with ADHD clients.
