I am a soul who finds solace and joy in the simple pleasures of life, such as friends and travels to different cultures. In the embrace of nature, I discover a sanctuary. Whether pedalling through scenic landscapes on my bicycle or crafting intricate designs with paint, needle, or yarn, I infuse each moment with intention and mindfulness, savouring the beauty of the present. My love for literature transcends mere reading; it's an immersive journey into worlds both familiar and fantastical, where words weave tales that ignite my imagination and my knowledge of history. Fluent in both English and Spanish, I effortlessly navigate between cultures, embracing the richness of diversity. My spirit is one of acceptance, anchored in the belief that true fulfilment lies in the appreciation of each passing moment and understanding of change.

I initiate therapy by delving into the challenges you're currently facing, aiming to grasp a deeper understanding of your situation. Together, we establish the goals you aspire to achieve, setting the course for our treatment journey. This collaborative approach ensures a clear path forward, guiding our efforts toward alleviating your suffering. Additionally, it allows us to assess progress and regularly adapt our strategies as needed. Therapy thrives on the bond of trust and collaboration between us; while I bring expertise and professional insight, your lived experiences and perspectives are invaluable. By exploring your narrative, we gain insight into your perceptions and potential choices, empowering you to navigate and transcend your struggles effectively. Our shared goal is to equip you with the tools and resilience needed to confront and overcome adversity. As someone who is curious and accepting, I want to provide a safe space for you to speak about whatever is difficult and painful. I integrate various therapeutic influences to customise my approach according to your individual circumstances and requirements. Incorporating elements from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic therapy, I emphasise the importance of self-awareness and insight. Both methodologies share a core emphasis on understanding oneself, interpersonal dynamics, and the environment. These underlying beliefs, often unconscious, shape your perceptions and interpretations of reality. My objective is to facilitate meaningful therapeutic experiences that resonate with your everyday life, whether through reflections, revisiting past experiences, or adopting new behavioural patterns. By bridging theory with practical application, I strive to empower you to navigate life's challenges with newfound clarity. As a clinical psychologist, my primary motivation lies in the sincere compassion and empathy I hold for each individual who seeks my help. I find fulfilment in assisting individuals through the process of voicing and comprehending their pain, struggles, and vulnerabilities. My aim is to create a safe space where clients feel understood and supported, reassuring them that they are not alone in their journey. It is both an honour and a privilege to embark on this therapeutic voyage alongside someone, witnessing their growth and self-discovery. My ultimate goal is to facilitate a journey towards self-acceptance and learning "how-to-do", where individuals can navigate life's challenges with grace and understanding, free from the weight of judgment or self-blame.

I am a clinical psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), and I am affiliated with professional associations in Argentina and Spain. My journey in clinical practice commenced abroad in 2005 as a care coordinator and teacher assistant at the Psychologist University. I evolved in 2009 as a clinical psychologist to encompass diverse roles, working with adults (couples and individuals) and children and providing supervision. Since 2011, my journey in Clinical Psychology has been continuing remotely. I began with an internship in Italy, specifically in Triste at the Centro di Salute Mentale, after leaving Argentina. Following the completion of my internship, I relocated to Spain and Austria, where I continued my remote practice. In 2018, I pursued further academic endeavours in the UK, earning my master’s degree in London, where I also authored a paper exploring the intersection of genetics and psychology as part of my thesis. Despite my remote work, which included providing therapy and supervision to clinicians abroad in the UK, I have gained valuable hands-on experience in various Mental Health Services at the NHS. These experiences range from working in inpatient wards with complex presentations and forensic backgrounds, homelessness, primary care, secondary care, and involvement in Talking Therapies. My experience spans various settings, including Public Hospitals, Mental Health Clinics, Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Services and the private sector, offering support to individuals grappling with a wide spectrum of emotional and psychological challenges. From depression, anxiety, panic disorder, health problems, OCD, isolation, childhood abuse, trauma, loss and past and present relationship problems, Autistic people (children and adults), self-harm, emotional dysregulation and psychosis. I have provided therapeutic assistance to clients and families navigating through intricate life circumstances. My therapeutic approach encompasses both short-term interventions and long-term psychotherapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. I maintain a keen interest in ongoing professional development, currently focusing on psychoanalysis and Neurodiversity (ADS, ADHD). Drawing from psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioural modalities, I collaborate closely with clients to determine the most effective treatment approach. Central to my practice is the provision of a secure, confidential, and non-judgmental environment where clients can delve deeply into their experiences, fostering self-understanding and fostering avenues for growth and transformation.
