I am a fully qualified and very experienced, psychodynamic psychotherapist and counsellor, who offers individual therapy sessions through my private practice in several central London locations (City/ Farringdon and West Hampstea). I have wide experience working with adults of all ages, who come into therapy for many different reasons including trauma and abuse, stress, anxiety and depression, relationship difficulties, sexuality and bullying, eating disorders, life crisis and breakdown. I offer a safe confidential place to talk and work through painful experiences and feelings and work towards change.
Everyone is different so whatever your own personal reasons for seeking therapy, I offer a safe and confidential place to talk and to achieve positive changes. My starting point is you, beginning with an initial consultation to talk together about what's troubling you and how we can work together through therapy sessions.
I am accredited by the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC), the primary professional association in the UK for psychoanalytic and psychodynamic psychotherapy and counselling, and am a registered member of the Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling (FPC) and of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). The BPC is the professional body recognised by the Professional Standards Authority to maintain standards of Fitness to Practice in psychoanalytic and psychodynamic psychotherapy and counselling.
