Therapists
I am a French citizen, born in Paris, France and of dual heritage. I have been leaving in London for the past 20 years. I currently work as a Honorary psychotherapist at the Maudsley Hospital with people suffering from personal and systemic trauma, emotional dysregulation, identity conflicts, depression and addictions. I am a UKCP trainee psychotherapist currently studying in the final years of MSc Integrative Psychotherapy, towards the final stages of accreditation.
I am a thoughtful, sensitive and intuitive practitioner who brings an open, honest and down-to-earth approach to my clients. At the heart of my practice is the belief that human beings are social beings and thrive on healthy relationships. I also invite you to develop your imagination and creativity to reinvent yourself. There are many kinds of therapy but at the heart of all successful therapies is a strong and reliable relationship with your therapist. It’s important that you feel comfortable with me and can be honest about how you are feeling – even when that feels painful or difficult. I practice integrative psychotherapy which means that I can work with you on different levels according to what you need. I am trained to explore the impact of personal and/or systemic trauma experienced in childhood or adulthood, as well as work in the present, on helping you develop a healthy relationship with yourself and others.
I have a background in arts management which gives a creative edge to my psychotherapist practice. I have developed an anti-racist community of practice in higher education and I work towards building an anti oppressive psychotherapy practice with my clients.
