Terms of Use for Clients

By using the Directory and accepting the terms, client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information during bookings.
• Use the Directory respectfully and responsibly.
• Pay for booked services as required.
• Understand the Directory is a facilitator, not the provider of therapy services.
• Accept the Privacy Policy for Clients governing data use.

 

Client Cancellations

• Clients may cancel or reschedule a booked session by notifying the Therapist and the Directory at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
• If cancellation is made before this period, the Client will be entitled to reschedule the session. Should the Client not want to reschedule, the Client will receive a full refund of the session fee.
• If cancellation is made within 48 hours of the session, no refund will be provided.

Missed Appointments

• If a client misses a session without prior cancellation or is late by more than 15 minutes, the session will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

• Clients with concerns regarding a refund or cancellation should contact Counselling & Therapy Directories Ltd support at [email protected]  or  tel: 0203 369 6833 for assistance.
• The Directory’s decision on refund eligibility will be final.
