Therapists
Life can be challenging at times, you may be experiencing anxiety, low mood, or simply sensing that something isn’t quite right. It’s not always easy to understand what’s going on, and finding the words to express it can be even harder. Reaching out for support is a courageous first step toward feeling more grounded, seen, and supported. As a therapist, I offer a calm, non-judgemental space where you can simply be yourself. Together, we’ll explore what’s coming up for you, at your pace, and gently work toward greater clarity, connection, and emotional steadiness. **Book a free 30-minute online-session to discuss your needs and explore how therapy can help**
I work from a person-centred perspective, which means therapy isn’t about judgement, advice, or being told how you should feel. Instead, it’s about creating a safe, empathetic space where you can talk openly, explore your emotions, and reconnect with your inner strength and self-awareness. Whether you're navigating anxiety, low mood, relationship challenges, or a general feeling of being stuck or overwhelmed, I offer a compassionate space where you can explore what’s going on, at your own pace and in your own way. At the heart of my approach is the belief that you are the expert in your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you make sense of your experiences and move toward greater clarity, resilience, and self-acceptance. Sessions are collaborative, tailored to your needs, and can be held online or face to face, whatever feels most comfortable for you. However we meet, you’ll be supported in a space where you can feel truly heard and gently supported toward meaningful change.
You bring your experience; I bring space to explore it without pressure or judgement. My own path to becoming a therapist hasn’t been linear. Before training in psychotherapy, I worked in a range of roles; as a Private Secretary, a legal adviser in immigration and asylum, and in the hospitality industry, helping shape high-end hotels and private members' clubs. Each role deepened my understanding of people, relationships, and the importance of human connection. In my thirties, I went through a difficult period that left me feeling lost and disconnected. For a long time, I resisted therapy, believing that asking for help was a sign of weakness. When I finally took the step, it became a turning point. Being truly heard and understood gave me clarity and a stronger sense of self. That experience stayed with me, and ultimately inspired me to retrain as a psychotherapist. I’m currently completing my Postgraduate Clinical Diploma and Masters (MSc) in Person-Centred Psychotherapy at Metanoia Institute in London. As a trainee member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), I follow their ethical guidelines and engage in regular supervision to ensure safe, reflective, and high-quality practice. I work with adults (18+) facing a wide range of challenges, including depression, neurodiversity, identity and sexuality crises, addiction, discrimination, and complex trauma. I’m committed to offering a therapeutic space that is inclusive, affirming, and grounded in genuine human connection.
