I am a psychologist, energy practitioner and writer. IFS-informed, psychological self-inquiry and energy work have been important parts of my life and personal evolution for many years. The poet Kabir said, “I felt in need of a great pilgrimage, so I sat still for three days.” Similarly, I have travelled into the depth of my inner landscape through intensive immersion in meditation, introspection, psychotherapy and energy work. Longing for vitality, autonomy and a genuine sense of home, I turned inwards and reclaimed my true nature. This has been the most rewarding journey I have ever embarked upon. Coming home to myself and being able to live my life more fully and authentically from a place of embodied self-love has been the greatest privilege of my life. My love for in-depth self-inquiry, meditation and energy work has deepened ever since, and I am passionate about supporting others on their journey home—home to themselves, the world and other people.
I offer a creative, integrative and feminine approach to inner work. My IFS-informed mentoring sessions provide a sacred, confidential and safe space for the gentle yet empowering unfolding of your becoming. The cultivation of self-awareness, self-understanding and belonging to the self is at the heart of my work. Nurturing the self and getting to know our inner landscape can be a highly empowering experience that has the potential to improve our mental and physical well-being, as well as the relationships we have with ourselves and with other people. I draw on Internal Family Systems (IFS), shamanic counselling, mindfulness meditation, existential phenomenology and modern clinical psychology to support you in exploring different aspects/parts of yourself with curiosity and compassion. Together, we will listen to their stories, soften any burdens they may carry, and begin to nurture them back into balance—allowing a greater sense of harmony, ease, and wholeness to emerge within you. Divination can be both a starting point and a tender companion to IFS-informed therapeutic work, offering an approach rich in imagery and meaning through which our inner world may reveal itself and be lovingly attended to. As an ancient spiritual practice found across many cultures and traditions, it has long been used to seek guidance, uncover hidden knowledge, and align with one’s deeper purpose and essence. At its heart, divination is a practice of deep self-inquiry assisted by benevolent energies and often supported by ritual work. Questions brought to divination may touch on physical, emotional, or spiritual well-being, as well as relationships, work, and life’s challenges. In this way, divination becomes not only a mirror of the inner world, but also a bridge to the wider, animated world around us—supporting a return to clarity, balance, and wholeness.
I hold a PhD in psychology from London South Bank University. Prior to my PhD studies, I completed a master’s programme in mental health and clinical psychology and received a bachelor’s degree in psychology. I am a member of the British Psychological Society and the Association of German Psychologists.
