Therapists
Hello, I’m an Integrative and Existential Therapist with a Postgraduate Diploma from Regent’s University London. I offer both in-person and online sessions in a supportive, profoundly non-judgmental space where we can explore what matters most to you. My approach is collaborative and grounded in respect for your unique experiences and values. Before training as a therapist, I worked in the theatre and dance. That background has given me a deep understanding of creative environments, the pressures they can bring, and the importance of clear, empathetic communication. I'm a registered member of the BACP. Whether you're facing a specific challenge, seeking deeper self-understanding, or something in between, I offer a space to discover and explore who you are.
My approach is integrative and existential, which means I draw on a range of therapeutic perspectives to meet the unique needs of each client, while staying grounded in a belief that we all face core human questions around identity, meaning, choice, and connection. I work relationally and collaboratively, placing the therapeutic relationship at the heart of the process. I aim to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and non-judgmental—where difficult thoughts, feelings, and experiences can be explored openly and at your own pace. My integrative training allows me to adapt to each individual, while my existential perspective helps to explore the deeper themes and patterns that shape our lives. I’m interested not just in what’s challenging and how its showing up in your life, but in what matters most to you and how you want to live.
I trained at the Minster Centre and Regent’s University London, training in Integrative and Existential Psychotherapy. I currently work with clients both online and in person through Help Counselling and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) As well as in Private Practice. I also facilitate a weekly men’s discussion group (On Being Men) that offers space for open reflection and emotional connection. Before training as a therapist, I worked in technical management in theatre and dance and offer a discount for people who work in performing arts.
