Therapists

Hi, I'm Rachel. I am a Qualified Psychotherapist. At the heart of my work is a belief in the healing power of connection. I offer a warm, compassionate space where you're invited to come exactly as you are. Whether you’re feeling lost, stuck, overwhelmed, or just sensing that something’s not quite right, we can explore it together, at your pace. I bring presence, care, and a genuine curiosity to the therapeutic relationship. I aim to create a space where you feel deeply seen and understood, where it feels safe enough to be honest, and supported enough to change.

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in compassion. I draw from various modalities such as Schema Therapy and Attachment Theory; but ultimately, I tailor therapy to what feels most supportive and attuned to you. I’m less interested in managing symptoms than in exploring what those symptoms might be trying to say — what needs haven’t been met, and what might be possible if those patterns began to shift. I don’t work with problems in isolation - I work with people. This means I’m not just listening for what hurts, but also for what matters, what’s been lost, and what you long for. Therapy to me, is a space where we can make sense of your story together and begin to write new chapters, ones that feel more honest, connected, and fully yours.

I have worked with a range of people. Some of their struggles include addiction, trauma, work stress, relationship issues, anxiety or childhood trauma.
