Therapists

I offer weekly, in-depth psychotherapy for adults who want to understand themselves more fully. Whether you're navigating loss, identity questions, relationship struggles or unresolved trauma, our work together can help illuminate what’s beneath the surface and support meaningful change.

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and integrative — grounded in psychodynamic, attachment-based and embodied perspectives. I trained at the Minster Centre and have experience working in both the NHS and community services. I work with people from a wide range of backgrounds, and am especially attuned to questions of cultural identity, belonging, and the deep tension between independence and the wish to be met. If you're ready to begin the conversation, I welcome you.

Before training as a therapist, I worked in the arts and in body-based approaches to emotional wellbeing, which continue to shape my sensitivity to the unspoken ways we carry experience.
