I’m a Certified Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach with lived experience, specialising in trauma recovery through Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Personal Medicine. As a Recovery Teacher and Trainer, I’m passionate about supporting individuals on their mental health journey with empathy, respect, and evidence-based techniques. My background includes academic research in Complex Trauma during my time at ULC, which has enriched my clinical approach and deepened my understanding of how trauma impacts mental wellbeing. I work with both individuals and groups, creating personalised recovery plans that address a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, panic attacks, phobias and chronic pain. In every session, I aim to create a safe, empowering space where healing and personal growth can thrive. My goal is to improve therapy outcomes by blending proven therapeutic methods with innovative, client-centred strategies. I offer online sessions and welcome inquiries from anyone seeking support, guidance, or more information about how I work. Let’s connect. Your path to healing can start today.
My Approach to Eye Movement Therapy Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) is a gentle but powerful way to help you process difficult memories, shift unhelpful patterns, and feel more in control of your emotions. In our sessions, I will: Create a safe space where you feel supported and in control at all times. Explore what’s troubling you and identify the memories, feelings, or patterns holding you back. Guide you through eye movement techniques that help your mind process these experiences in a calmer, healthier way. Support you in reframing thoughts and beliefs so you can see yourself and your life with greater clarity and compassion. Help you integrate these changes into your daily life so progress feels lasting and real. I combine IEMT with other evidence-based methods such as CBT and Personal Medicine, ensuring each session is tailored to your needs. My aim is to help you move forward with more confidence, ease, and resilience. Your healing journey can start today.
I’m a Certified Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach with both professional expertise and lived experience, dedicated to helping people heal from trauma and move forward with confidence. My work is shaped by years in the NHS, GP federations, and charities such as VoiceAbility, as well as roles at Highgate Mental Health Hospital and the North London NHS Foundation Trust. Alongside my practical experience, I’ve contributed to trauma-informed research at University College London (UCL) and gained specialist training in Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Trauma, Personal Medicine, and Motivational Interviewing. As a Recovery Tutor and Mental Health Trainer, I’m passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces where people feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. My approach combines evidence-based techniques with compassion, tailoring
