As a white Greek-British woman of Albanian heritage, my own life has been shaped by cultural diversity and the experience of moving between different identities and worlds. Having lived, studied, and worked in the UK for the past decade, I am deeply aware of how ethnicity, race, gender, sexuality, and culture influence the ways we relate to ourselves and others. This awareness fuels my commitment to creating a therapeutic space that honours difference, values lived experiences, and recognizes the impact of broader social contexts on personal wellbeing.

My therapeutic approach is relational, collaborative, reflexive, and warm. Grounded in systemic, relational and attachment theories, I understand individuals within the context of their relationships, social networks, and cultural narratives. I am committed to creating a safe and collaborative space where people can explore relational dilemmas involving family, partners, friends, and themselves, with the aim of opening up new possibilities for connection and understanding. In my work I draw on systemic perspectives to help people identify and shift dysfunctional interactional patterns, and co-create more adaptive ways of relating.

I hold a Master’s degree in Systemic and Family Psychotherapy, building on a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Health Psychology. Before training as a therapist, I worked in both mental and physical health nursing—an experience that continues to shape my holistic approach. This background enables me to see the intricate connections between mind and body, and to support people in ways that attend to their emotional, physical, and relational needs. With over six years of clinical experience across both NHS and private settings, I work collaboratively with families, groups, couples, young people, and adults to explore and navigate the challenges they face. These may include mental and physical health difficulties, chronic conditions, trauma, emotional dysregulation, neurodivergence, and addictions. I see each difficulty not as an isolated problem, but as part of a wider network of experiences, connections, and possibilities for change.
