I’m Chantal and am a registered naturopathic health coach and founder of bodyspace health coaching. I am a member of the ANP (association of naturopathic practitioners) and I studied and graduated at CNM (the college of naturopathic medicine) I’m excited to be able to share my passion and knowledge to help clients improve their overall health and wellbeing. I use a holistic and naturopathic approach to health coaching that encompasses all areas of a clients life. I specialise in weight and stress management and the focus areas I cover are diet and nutrition, sleep, fitness and exercise, mindfulness and the environment we live in. I believe these are all key factors to address and to be considered when we are aiming to reach optimal health.
A naturopathic approach to healthcare uses food and natural therapies to support the body's inherent healing abilities. It focuses on identifying and addressing the root cause of illness, rather than just treating symptoms, and takes a holistic view of the individual, considering physical, mental, and emotional well-being. I will help guide, coach and educate on each of the key factors to improving my clients health and together I will help them achieve their goals in a realistic and sustainable way.
I am a busy mother of two gorgeous girls who are 8 and 10. my background before I entered the health and wellness industry was music. I studied Viola at the Royal Academy of Music and I was lucky enough to enjoy a successful music career which I’m very thankful for. I have always had a passion for knowledge on how the body works and nutrition. I have had my own personal challenges along the way where I have found nutrition and diet to be my medicine. Being a creative by nature I am very empathetic and am here to get the best out of my clients in a supportive and sustainable way. I will endeavour to create a safe space for each client and I hope that my sessions will provide positive change through small lifestyle adjustments.
