Therapists

I work with adults and young people aged 16 and over, who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, grief, low self-esteem or the impact of past experiences—especially those navigating life transitions, early bereavement, or the experience of growing up with emotionally unavailable parents. As an integrative counsellor, I offer a safe and supportive space where you can speak freely, untangle complex emotions, and begin to see a future with more hope, clarity, and self-trust. Finding a really good therapist that feels right for you is essential. Taking the first step can feel daunting, but I’m here to make it easier. Contact me for a free, no obligation chat to se if we are a good fit.

I am informed by my professional learning as integrative counsellor, as well as my values and lived experience of bereavement, loss, migration, and single parenting. I especially enjoy working with young people and clients seeking support through life's transitions, and I have a significant experience working with neurodivergence, early bereavement, identity, anxiety and depression. In addition to an open, trauma-informed approach, I blend psychoeducation, mindfulness, and creative exercises to empower you in your healing. This also helps you understand your body's responses to stress, fostering resilience and independence. Together, we'll strike a balance between nurture and challenge, creating a safe, supportive space for your growth.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and hold a Level 4 Diploma in Integrative Therapeutic Counselling, which I completed at the Mary Ward Centre in London. During and following my core training, I worked at the Home Start and Mind charities where I gained invaluable experience supporting clients from all walks of life using open-ended and NHS IAPT-compliant short term models. I currently see clients and manage a counselling service at a large sixth-form college, working with adolescents alongside my growing private practice.
