I am experienced in person-centred and psychodynamic approaches. My focus is to find out what feels most important for you and to work at your pace to begin to understand yourself more fully and to navigate the more difficult parts of your life.

Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, I worked in publishing, then medical admin before setting up my own startup business. My interest in therapy started when my children were little. As they grew up, I went on to train as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist.
