I specialise in working with individuals struggling with anxiety disorders, depression, and low self-esteem. By focusing on increasing self-awareness, identifying triggers, and understanding behaviours that may be maintaining distress, I can help you make lasting changes in your life that that extends beyond therapy.

Do you find yourself constantly scanning for danger, feeling on edge, or always expecting the worst to happen? Maybe you often compare yourself to others and feel like you’re not where you want to be in life. Perhaps self-criticism holds you back, leaving you stuck, frozen, or overwhelmed. Many of my clients tell me they are compassionate and kind to others — yet when it comes to themselves, they feel harsh, critical, and never quite “enough.” If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. I’m passionate about helping people feel happier and more at ease within themselves. In today’s world, especially with the impact of social media, it’s so easy to slip into comparison and self-criticism. In our sessions, my priority is that you feel safe, supported, and able to share the thoughts and experiences that may feel too shameful or difficult to tell others. Clients often describe me as warm, bright, and approachable. I believe therapy can hold both seriousness and lightness — we can work through painful or difficult experiences, while also creating space for moments of playfulness and laughter. This balance helps build trust and makes space for growth and healing. I also pay close attention to the personal experiences and challenges that may have felt traumatic to you. If you sense there are blocks holding you back, I will support you to explore them with compassion and problem-solve together, so you can move forward.

I’m Eszter, a London-based Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist. I am fully accredited in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). I work in the NHS part-time offering talking therapies, in addition to running my private practice.  Before qualifying as a CBT Therapist, I worked with children with Autism, supporting their language and social development through Pivotal Response Therapy. This experience deepened my understanding of behaviour, communication, and the importance of connection in human growth. I later trained in Low Intensity CBT, which inspired me to continue my development and qualify as a High Intensity CBT Therapist. My passion lies in working through a compassionate therapy lens—an approach that considers the interaction between our biology, psychology, and social environment. By understanding these interconnected systems, we can create meaningful and lasting change across all areas of life.
