I am a BACP registered psychotherapist based in West London. I’m passionate about creating a space where people can genuinely pause, reflect, and explore their thoughts and emotions. I’m also committed to making therapy accessible to everyone and helping people from all backgrounds discover the insight, clarity, and empowerment that therapeutic work can offer.

My approach is grounded in the understanding that our earliest relationships and life experiences often shape how we feel, think, and relate to others in the present, often outside of our conscious awareness. These patterns influence how we see ourselves, respond to challenges, and connect with others. Therapy is a collaborative and reflective process, opening space for curiosity, meaning, and lasting change. I offer a thoughtful and culturally sensitive space where you can explore what lies beneath the surface at a pace that feels manageable. Together, we can make sense of your emotional world, build self-awareness, and develop resilience and choice. My work is responsive to your unique context and life story. Therapy comes in many forms and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by the different approaches. While each has its own value, I believe the most important part of therapy is the relationship you build with your therapist. That’s where real change begins. I see clients face-to-face in Kensington (SW5), Ealing (W5) and online. In our first session, we’ll explore your presenting concerns in more detail and gather some background information. This initial meeting is also a chance for you to get a sense of how we might work together and to see if my approach feels like a good fit for you. Sessions take place weekly and last for 50 minutes, held at the same time each week. Therapy is usually open-ended, giving us the space to work at your pace, though shorter-term work can also be discussed. However, there is also no obligation to continue; sometimes a different method or a more specialised service may be more appropriate, and if so, we can discuss what might best support your needs.

My journey to becoming a psychotherapist began through my work in education across the third sector and government settings, where I supported vulnerable adults and young people from diverse backgrounds. In this work, I learned the value of attentive listening, navigating complex conversations, and recognising what can emerge when someone feels genuinely understood. These experiences inspired me to pursue my MSc in Psychodynamic Counselling & Psychotherapy.
