Counsellor and Psychotherapist
I’m an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, and I work with adults who may be struggling with anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, relationships, identity or changes in their lives.
Many of the people I work with are used to being the one who copes, gets on with things and is there for other people. From the outside, you might seem capable and together, while inside things feel very different. You may have spent so long meeting expectations or adapting to what others need that it’s become harder to know what you need yourself.
You might also know what it’s like to feel slightly on the outside looking in, or to feel that different parts of you belong in different places. Sometimes there isn’t one obvious reason for coming to therapy, just a sense that something doesn’t feel right, or that you don’t want to keep carrying on in quite the same way.
