Hello! I’m a passionate creative psychotherapist dedicated to guiding individuals through their emotional journeys using the medium of creative expression. I believe in the profound importance of creating a safe and nurturing space where my clients can discover and share their inner voices, both through creativity and conversation. In my practice, I offer clients the opportunity to connect to their bodies and minds, creating a pathway to unlock healing and self-discovery. I strive to provide an environment that fosters exploration of feelings and thoughts, allowing clients to feel truly heard and valued. My commitment is to nurture an inclusive environment where everyone can feel safe to express themselves freely. I work towards supporting clients in discovering their inner voice and connecting to their authenticity, reaching their full potential and living a life close to their purpose.
My therapeutic approach is informed by psychodynamic principles, which focus on understanding the underlying emotional patterns that influence behaviour. I integrate creative methods into my practice, allowing clients to express themselves through various forms of art and movement. This creative process aids in fostering resilience, emotional regulation, and a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection. I am particularly passionate about helping clients address challenges such as anxiety, attachment issues, and trauma.
My background includes extensive experience in educational and community settings, where I have developed a profound understanding of how the systems surrounding clients shape their experiences and the significant impact these systems can have on their lives. I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and adults, and I also support parents in gaining insight into their children’s behaviours. I hold qualifications that include membership in the Association of Dance Movement Psychotherapy (ADMP) and I am IFS informed, enhancing my approach to therapy. My practice is trauma-informed, prioritising the creation of a safe and nurturing space for healing. Additionally, I offer clinical supervision to fellow professionals, as I firmly believe in the importance of support and growth within our field. I am dedicated to cultivating a compassionate and collaborative environment where both clients and practitioners can truly flourish.
I offer psychotherapy services in Southwest London, specifically in areas such as Earlsfield, Southfields, Wimbledon, Putney, Clapham Junction, Richmond, and Kensington and Chelsea. My practice is inclusive, welcoming clients from diverse backgrounds and providing a safe space for exploration and growth. Additionally, I guide parents and educators in fostering emotional resilience in young people, contributing to a holistic approach to mental well-being.
