I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor offering individual therapy in South West London and online. My aim is to provide a safe, confidential, and collaborative space where you can make sense of what may be holding you back from living life more fully.
Whether you’re feeling low, anxious, or stuck, or have experienced distressing and challenging events, therapy can provide insight into your personal struggles and help you move forward at a pace that feels manageable. I bring a warm, attentive approach, grounded in a wide range of life and professional experience. I work with adults from diverse backgrounds, with a trauma-informed lens to support you through whatever challenges you may be facing.
As starting therapy can sometimes feel daunting, I offer a free initial 20-minute consultation, either by phone, video conference or in person, to answer any questions you may have and help you feel confident in taking the next step.
Alongside my private practice, I currently work part-time in a specialist psychiatric hospital, supporting clients with highly complex needs and facilitating psychotherapy groups. My earlier work in mental health charities and low-cost therapeutic services across London gave me a strong grounding in working with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
I have supported clients with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, addiction, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem and life transitions, as well as the effects of trauma, including complex PTSD.
As a trauma-informed integrative psychotherapist, I understand that trauma often goes unrecognised yet can deeply affect many aspects of life. I help clients recognise and manage their triggers, using approaches that build resilience and support healing. Safety and choice are central to how I work.
I am a UKCP registered Clinical Psychotherapist. I adhere to the ethical framework and professional code of conduct of the UKCP, ensuring a safe, ethical, and client-centred approach.
My approach
My approach to therapy is integrative and depth-oriented. I draw on transpersonal, psychodynamic and humanistic thinking, alongside somatic therapy and IFS-informed parts work. This means therapy can attend to the whole of you: mind, body and, if it feels relevant to you, your sense of meaning. My style is non-prescriptive: I tailor our work to your needs and goals and meet you where you are. Rather than focusing solely on immediate symptoms or quick fixes, I aim to support lasting change, helping you build self-awareness and resilience.
I believe that the relationship between therapist and client is central to the healing process. In a calm, supportive and non-judgmental space, and at a pace that suits you, we can explore both the visible and hidden obstacles that may be holding you back and work towards greater clarity, purpose and fulfilment in your life and relationships.
